FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Check-in and check-out for boarding are available during our normal appointment hours. Pets should be picked up by 10:00 AM, and Sunday check-outs are not available.
Baths are available for an additional fee when requested.
Yes. Our team can administer medications, supplements, or other treatments as directed for an additional fee. All medications must be provided in their original labeled containers with clear instructions for administration.
Staffing varies depending on the day and season. When staff are not present on-site, the hospital remains secured and monitored by an off-site alarm company, and pets can be observed remotely via video monitoring. For staff safety, dogs are not walked between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Dogs boarding with us must be current on Rabies, DHPP (Distemper/Parvo), Leptospirosis, and Bordetella. The canine influenza vaccine is recommended but not required.
Cats must be current on Rabies and FVRCP. Kittens under one year of age must also have the FeLV vaccine.
Yes. All boarding pets must be free of internal and external parasites and have a negative fecal exam within the last six months. Dogs must also be heartworm negative. If your pet needs testing before boarding, our veterinary team can arrange this.
